The GreenHouse Children’s Yoga brings engaging, age-appropriate yoga and mindfulness programs directly to schools, preschools, childcare centers, libraries, and community organizations throughout the North Shore and Greater Boston area.

Programs are available for toddlers through high school students, with each experience thoughtfully adapted to the age, developmental level, and needs of the group.
