Each class combines yoga poses, imaginative movement, games, mindfulness, breathing exercises, stories, and creative activities. Through play, children will build confidence, body awareness, coordination, and begin learning simple tools for calming their bodies and navigating big feelings.

Our small-group setting is intentionally low-stimulation and sensory-conscious, offering children a comfortable space to participate at their own pace.

This series is great for kids who:

• Love to move, play, and use their imagination

• Enjoy stories, games, crafts, and creative activities • Are building confidence and independence

• Are learning to navigate big feelings

• Prefer a calmer, lower-stimulation environment

• Benefit from predictable routines and mindful movement

• Are practicing being part of a group independently

The Winter Series is led by The GreenHouse founder and lead teacher, Miss Selena. Selena has extensive experience working with young children and teaching children’s yoga in daycares, preschools, elementary schools, libraries, and community programs. She also has experience supporting neurodiverse children and children with a variety of learning, sensory, and emotional needs. Selena is a Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher (RCYT 95) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200).
